Putting your idea and yourself out there is less intimidating when you have a community of 180+ like-minded people behind you - and that's in Hamburg alone. Worldwide, Impact Hub has more than 25.000 active members. This community offers you knowledge sharing, peer support, access to experts, as well as workshops and events that inspire, enable and connect. Plus, at Impact Hub Hamburg, you find a collaborative workspace with a 'happy as can be' office infrastructure, including high-speed fiberglass wifi, private phone booths, lockers and a supportive hosting team.
We strongly believe in the idea of community. In order to bring the impact and startup ecosystem in Hamburg forward, we need to exchange ideas and need the 'space' for this kind of collaboration.

It’s all about location and thought-out design
Impact Hub Hamburg is located in a five-story building in the heart of Altona - the multicultural neighbourhood that connects Hamburg’s harbor with hotspots like Schanze, St. Pauli and Ottensen. The address, Schomburgstraße 50, is only an 800-meter walk from Altona train station, and public transport, as well as stores, restaurants and supermarkets are nearby.
On 1.300+ square meters, the hub offers 4 coworking areas, 15 team offices, 5 meeting rooms, 4 event and workshop spaces, 2 kitchens and a roof terrace. The building has an elevator and is constantly modernized to make the space as accessible as possible.
The purpose-driven design of Impact Hub Hamburg is based on empathy. Functional interior and bold colors encourage interaction and creativity, while greenery enhance focus and wellbeing. The space makes people feel at ease and invigorated at the same time.
